These brands sell men’s organic underwear in a variety of prices, styles, and colors.
My husband is very particular about his underwear, and I haven’t yet convinced him to swap his synthetic ones for something safer for his skin.
I need to present him with a lot of options, which is why I started this list of men’s organic underwear.
I know how this will go. One day, someone he follows on Twitter will write about men’s organic underwear and he’ll decide he needs some, too.
And I’ll be ready with my list in hand.

Why Organic Cotton?
If we wanted to have another child, I’d push my husband to wear organic underwear.
He’d rather spend money on things like home improvement projects, ski trips with his college buddies, or more Bitcoin. Not men’s organic underwear.
But pesticides have been linked to low sperm counts in men. One study showed that men who ate more produce with higher levels of pesticide residue had 49 percent lower sperm count and 32 percent less normal sperm.
Plus, pesticides can cause skin, gastrointestinal, neurological, respiratory, and endocrine issues, as well as cancer and birth defects. They also harm the environment and can:
- contaminate soil and water;
- hurt wildlife like birds and fish; and
- kill plants other than weeds.
Yikes.
Switching to men’s organic underwear is a small change that could make a big difference.
Is Organic Cotton Underwear Made in the USA?
The United States grows less than 3 percent of the world’s organic cotton. And when it comes to making finished organic products – like underwear, bed sheets, and tampons – most of the certified facilities are outside the U.S.
Hopefully as the demand for organic cotton continues to grow, more of the farming and manufacturing will shift to the United States.

Men’s Organic Underwear Brands Based in the USA
While I initially came up with a long list of brands that sold organic underwear, I narrowed it to ones with third-party certifications. The first six brands are based in the USA; the international brands are farther down.
The styles, coupon codes, sizes, etc., mentioned below are subject to change.

Final Thoughts on Men’s Organic Underwear
My husband’s healthy choices improve every day. He recently learned it’s healthier to drink water from a filter rather than a plastic bottle.
Someone he follows on Twitter taught him that.
I hope men’s organic underwear is next.
